We are now seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator who has:
- Strong knowledge of credit union core systems and processes
- Strong knowledge of credit union products and services
- Teaching and facilitation skills including public speaking
The L&D Coordinator will play an integral part in improving overall employee effectiveness and performance through the application of individual and group training techniques and programs consistent with the Credit Unions organizational priorities.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Designs implements and coordinates training programs for new and existing employees.
- Develops materials and other workbooks and handouts for types of programs including
compliance technical soft skills recruitment and community. Uses metrics to track and evaluate
the effectiveness of programs; monitors the completion of programs and reports on the results. - Makes recommendations for enhancements where needed and partners with leadership to align
learning objectives with organizational goals. Programs may be developed for internal or external
use. - Designs and implements innovative career development programs and learning pathways that
enhance employee engagement and professional growth. Facilitates workshops training sessions
and other programs to foster a missionbased culture. - Ensures training materials are updated as needed and consistent across all access points such as
the Learning Management System (LMS) Passport or all other sources where training materials
can be found. Collaborates with senior leaders to deliver training programs that promote
departmental goals across the organization. - Responsible for employee communication via email presentations and other internal
communication channels such as bulletins and organizations intranet. Assists with scheduling
and collection of meeting materials for Leadership and other non regular meetings as needed. - Assists with department projects programs and events as assigned.
- Conducts visits to community and businesses and civic organizations to promote goodwill or
support. Serves as an ambassador at large in the community by attending functions networking
and volunteering to raise credit union awareness and promote PremierOne CUs image and
purpose as a good corporate citizen. - Conducts or coordinates financial education presentations as
requested.
Education and Qualifications:
- Three to Five years of experience related to financial services and operations.
- A twoyear college degree or completion of a specialized certification or licensing

Salary Range: $32 to $38 per hour DOE
