Salt & Marrow located at the Crowne Plaza North Augusta is a contemporary dining destination known for its unique blend of flavorful locally inspired dishes and exceptional service. We pride ourselves on creating an unforgettable dining experience for our guests offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere where guests can enjoy fresh seasonal ingredients paired with expert recommendations from our knowledgeable staff. As a Server at Salt & Marrow you will play a key role in delivering our signature guest experience.
We are looking for an Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and ensure the highest quality food and guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee all kitchen operations including food preparation portioning and presentation.
- Manage kitchen staff including hiring training and performance management.
- Develop and execute menus for all meal periods and special events.
- Control food costs manage inventory and maintain health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with management to meet financial goals and ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all local state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a highvolume kitchen.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations budgeting and inventory control.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and lead by example.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- CPR and First Aid training preferred.
