Salary:per annum
Location: Hybrid/Croydon
Hours: 36 per week flexible options considered
Contract Type: Permanent
Were excited to announce that were seeking several Customer Accounts Specialists to join our team based in Croydon. As a Customer Accounts Specialist youll play a key role in supporting the delivery of our income management service and policies. These roles aim to maximise rent collection and minimise financial hardship for our customers across the entire group.
Were looking for targetdriven people with a strong track record in delivering highquality service and excellent communication skills. Youll need to adapt well and be confident in dealing with difficult situations. In addition youll present cases in court so excellent written communication skills and proficiency in mathematical calculations are a must.
Ideally youll have a housing background GCSE Maths and English Grade C or equivalent and proficiency in MS Office packages. Youll also need to be able to travel extensively across the region to remote locations where public transport may not be available.
