ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a talentedCommercial Operations Associateto join our Deliveryteam at Power Factors. SCADA Delivery team implements many projects in parallel at a global scale for all major markets. Although the scope is predefined before projects kickoff often we need to augment this scope with additional material and services based on new needs. The successful candidate will be responsible forthese addon sales and changeorder operations required during the of SCADA projects.

As a commercial oriented person with a significant sales motion you will be exposed to various functions of the business includingCRM operation Sales support materialcontribution to client interactions providing you with a unique and exciting opportunity to learn and grow in your career. You will work closely with senior leadership gaining exposure tocustomer interactions and interface to internal teams such as Technical Sales Delivery Operations and Finance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze and clarify the requested addon sales and changeorders together with the project involved key team namely the respective project manager and technical manager
• Communicate with the Customer as needed to clarify the scope of the addon sales.
• Cooperate with Technical Sales for pricing and quotes preparation
• The work will involve entering data into ourSalesforcesystemensuring accuracy and quality in the resulting entries
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degreein Engineering or Business Administrationor related field
• 2 years of experience working with Salesforce; Salesforce Certification preferred
• Experience in Sales operations or a similar analytical role
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with Customers of different countries and cultures as well as internalstakeholders
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to resolve complex issues
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and adapt to a fastpaced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams
