RTX Corporation a leader in the aerospace and defense industry is seeking a motivated and experienced Financial Analyst to join our Javelin Joint Venture (JJV) team. This role will support the management of G&A cost and schedule data ensuring alignment with program objectives and partner with the Program Management Team to prepare analyze and review inputs for quarterly cost reviews and Board of Directors meetings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance or accounting with excellent analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
This role is being offered in an onsite capacity and is based on the needs of the business. Onsite work can be done in Tucson AZ. Relocation assistance is not being provided.
What You Will Do:
Support management of Javelin Joint Venture G&A cost and schedule data to ensure alignment with program objectives including support of the JJV accounting team
Partner with the Program Management Team to prepare analyze and review inputs for quarterly Javelin Joint Venture Cost Reviews & Board of Directors Meetings
Develop Javelin Joint Venture billings & receipts forecasts
Provide JJV startup and closeout program gate review support
Analyze labor and material cost variances to provide actionable closeout insights
Ensure adherence to corporate and business area processes
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business or related field & 5 years of applicable finance work experience; OR an Advanced degree with 3 years of applicable finance work experience
Experience with accounting software financial forecasting financial modeling and/or strong financial/analytical skills
Experience with the Microsoft tool suite (Excel Word PowerPoint)
Experience in the Aerospace industry
U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience collaborating effectively across teams and meeting critical deadlines
Experience with financial systems such as SAP Business Warehouse or similar platforms
Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels
Experience identifying developing and implementing process improvements
Experience communicating effectively through all levels of the organization
Selfmotivated team player with the ability to work effectively and efficiently with little direction while handling multiple highpriority projects

The salary range for this role is 82000 USD 164000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
