The Position: Our Client is looking for a qualified BCBA in the Atlanta GA area to join their team. They are offering the following compensation and benefits:

Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Behavioral Analysis
- Georgia BCBA License in Good Standing
- Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (Current and in Good Standing with the BACB)
- Experience With Children
- Experience With the Treatment of Autism
- Experience With Administering verbal behavior assessments and other ABLLS
- Experience With Supervision of RBTs and Trainees
- Ability to Work Independently as the Clinical Supervisor for the ABA Department
Responsibilities:
- Flexible Schedule (Full or Part Time)
- Supervision of RBTs and Trainees
- Conduct Assessments to Determine the Needs of Individuals with Autism and Developmental Disabilities
- Develop and Implement Individualized Behavior Intervention Plans Based on Applied Behavior Analysis Principles.
- Assessment and Development of Individual Behavior Treatment Plans (IBTs)
- Administering SkillBased Assessment and Treatment Planning Using Individualized Language Play and SkillBased Curricula
- Provide Assistance to Children With Special Needs
- Maintain a Holistic Approach to Care That Involves Family School and Community
