Job Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA

The Company: Our Client is a fastgrowing private practice with multiple locations. They are a therapist and client focused organization based on transparency quality of care and compassion who takes a naturalistic and fun approach to pediatric therapy.

The Position: Our Client is looking for a qualified BCBA in the Atlanta GA area to join their team. They are offering the following compensation and benefits:

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Behavioral Analysis
  • Georgia BCBA License in Good Standing
  • Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (Current and in Good Standing with the BACB)
  • Experience With Children
  • Experience With the Treatment of Autism
  • Experience With Administering verbal behavior assessments and other ABLLS
  • Experience With Supervision of RBTs and Trainees
  • Ability to Work Independently as the Clinical Supervisor for the ABA Department

Responsibilities:

  • Flexible Schedule (Full or Part Time)
  • Supervision of RBTs and Trainees
  • Conduct Assessments to Determine the Needs of Individuals with Autism and Developmental Disabilities
  • Develop and Implement Individualized Behavior Intervention Plans Based on Applied Behavior Analysis Principles.
  • Assessment and Development of Individual Behavior Treatment Plans (IBTs)
  • Administering SkillBased Assessment and Treatment Planning Using Individualized Language Play and SkillBased Curricula
  • Provide Assistance to Children With Special Needs
  • Maintain a Holistic Approach to Care That Involves Family School and Community
