RE/MAX LLC is seeking a techsavvy highly motivated and detailoriented Onboarding Adoption Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role you will guide new franchise owners through the first year of their onboarding process ensuring they are equipped with the tools systems and knowledge needed to succeed. Acting as the primary liaison between new franchisees and various RE/MAX departments you will deliver a seamless onboarding experience while focusing on compliance operations and integrating the latest technology and tools into their business operations.
A critical part of this position involves maintaining strict adherence to compliance standards policies timelines and franchise agreements throughout the onboarding process.
The ideal candidate will also possess strong technical acumen exceptional communication skills and a passion for helping franchisees leverage technology to drive growth and success in the competitive real estate industry.
This role may require up to 20 travel consisting of overnight and multinight stays
Hire Range/Rate:
$58000 $75000/annually
Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level experience industry specific knowledge education/certifications or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
