LPN Nurse

CommQuest seeks a fulltime LPN Staff Nurses for our MedicationAssisted Treatment and Detox services located in Massillon and Canton Ohio. You will provide assessments medications and other medical treatment directed by your supervisor for clients suffering from addiction.

What youll do:
- Assess patient condition and implement treatment plans including assisting admission to detox unit
- Educate patients on condition medication and treatment plan
- Document nursing care via EHR. Implement nursing care under clinical supervision of the Director and Medical Doctor.
- Work and communicate effectively with Physician Nurse Practitioner Director clinical staff etc. to provide best client care.
- All other duties as assigned
Schedule:
Detox Services: Dayshift or Nightshift. Must have availability to work weekends and holidays on a rotation basis.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. Associates degree in Nursing is a plus!
- Minimum LPN currently licensed in the State of Ohio with no current license restrictions
- Previous knowledge of mental health and/or addictions is highly desired
- Must be professional and team player working together for the benefit of our clients
