Title: Server Assistant Le Depot Brasserie (Lunch Shift)
Compensation: $8/hr tips; Benefits available for fulltime employees
Location: Park City Utah

This an exciting opportunity for a growing restaurant group who has partnered with Reef led by James Beard Award Winning Chef Galen Zamarra located in the heart of Park City Utah an internationally renowned ski destination. Our two new culinary concepts in Old Town Park City consist of a 100 seat brasserie and bar Le Depot Brasserie and a French pastry & coffee shop Union Patisserie.
Position Overview:
The Server Assistant is essential to the smooth & efficient meal service within Le Depot. This individual ensures table orders are coursed correctly plated correctly and matches the guests specifications as indicated on the kitchen ticket.
Opening & Ongoing Duties:
- Communicate with the kitchen line to fire tickets and ensure an order is accurate and complete
- Set up the front side of the line with all necessary equipment and food items.
- Develop an indepth knowledge of the menu ingredients used and the preparation and cooking techniques used
- Communicate 86d menu items to FOH staff during the dinner shift
Qualifications:
- Ability to work during the lunch shift
- Very strong communication skills
- Present a positive and professional image
- Knowledge of fine dining cuisine; preferably French cuisine
- Utah Food Handlers certification
Work Experience: 2 years serving experience in a fine dining restaurant preferred; or 1 year experience in an Expeditor or Server Assistant role
Education: High School Diploma; College degree preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods both in the kitchen and FOH areas.
- Exert physical effort in lifting stock and supply items 120 lbs..
- Endure changes of temperature between indoor and outdoor environments; and the BOH & FOH.
