Join our dynamic team at Wasatch Behavioral Health as a PartTime Therapist III with our Aspire Youth Academy for girls ages 1218 yrs located in Orem Utah. With a competitive hourly wage ranging from $28.08 to $43.38 per hour $58406 and $90230 Annually) DOE.

Your day as a Therapist III
As a PartTime Therapist III at Wasatch Behavioral Health you will play a crucial role in delivering both direct and indirect clinical services. You will develop and supervise comprehensive treatment programs for clients facilitating individual family and group psychotherapy sessions that address a range of behavioral health disorders personal challenges and domestic violence issues. Youll manage your own caseload while providing training and consultation to various stakeholders including families and organizations. Your responsibilities will also include conducting intake assessments gathering psychosocial histories and completing essential documentation. Additionally you will participate in familyteam meetings assist with developing permanency plans and conduct discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
Youll engage with multiple entities such as courts and state agencies acting as a vital liaison to coordinate resources for clients and facilitate smooth transitions to aftercare programs. Join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve!
Requirements for this Therapist III job
To excel as a Therapist III you will need strong interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with clients and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in documentation and clinical software tools as well as the ability to perform thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans will enhance your success in this role. A commitment to empathy problemsolving and maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism is vital to ensuring clientcentered care.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduation from a college or university with a Masters degree in social work
- psychology or a related field and:
- Fully Licensed Therapist recognition in the State of Utah as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- For Underfill: Associate Licensed Therapist recognition in the state of Utah as one of the following: Certified Social Worker (CSW)
- Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC)
- Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT)
