Job Description
gTANGIBLE Corporation (gTC) is a S corporation and a registered Government contractor that provides services and solutions in:

Position Title: Test Examiner
Location: 99th Regional Support Command West Coraopolis PA
Security Clearance Level: Secret or Interim Secret eligible
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include the following:
- Perform Test Examiner Services at the US Army Reserves 99th Regional Support Command 99th RSC) West in Coraopolis Pennsylvania.
- Order receive control mail (Government will provide postage) administer score take inventory and provide test results of both Army Personnel Testing (APT) and civilian examinations to appropriate agencies and institutions in accordance with applicable regulations policies and other guidance
- Maintain strict control of all test items (security of the tests is of highest priority) in secure storage including safe(s)
- Develop/submit reports test inventories return tests to contractor and provide test results to appropriate agency/institutions; destroy test material in accordance with regulation and/or Standard Operating Procedures
- Perform testing in accordance with Defense Activity for NonTraditional Education Support (DANTES)/APT Program guidelines Army Regulations and the DANTES Examination Preparation Handbook DEPH/APT TCO Handbook at the Army sites
- Ensure training and testing materials are up to date verify testing procedures verify completed exams are entered into clients accounts
- Maintain testing log books and answer sheets conduct joint inventories maintain sufficient levels of testing materials to avoid testing delays
Knowledge and Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree from a college or university that is accredited by a national or regional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
- Three years of professional relevant work experience in testing may be substituted for the Bachelors Degree
- Within two weeks of onboarding provide online certifications for Defense Activity for NonTraditional Education Support (DANTES) Army Personnel Testing (APT) and Army Personnel Testing Defense Foreign Language Program (DFLP).
- Able to read write speak and understand the English language to effectively carry out applied printed rules detailed orders instructions and training material.
- Have a command of both the written and spoken English language to properly clearly and effectively communicate in person or via electronic devices
- Have proficient knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word PowerPoint and Excel.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Knowledge and experience providing quality customer service to any or all of the following: military personnel military families and/or Government employees.
