POSITION SUMMARY
Oversees coordination and visioning of liturgies and faith formation opportunities while working in conjunction with Spiritual Life staff to implement allcampus spiritual wellness and development.
Work Schedule: Four weekdays with Sunday liturgy and occasional other weekend commitments. 40 hours/week 10 months/year)

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Coordinates retreat and faith formation experiences for students
- Coordinates all Catholic liturgies and corresponding ministries (i.e. musicians lectors chapel environment etc. in conjunction with the Chaplain
- Coordinates the OCIA program in conjunction with the Chaplain
- Collaborates with area religious congregations to provide additional resources spiritual direction and vocational exploration
- Works in collaboration with other departments on campus for special liturgies such as Baccalaureate Family Weekend Homecoming etc.
- Collaborates with Admission Team and others to assist with recruitment efforts
- Assists Chaplain and Director in implementing programs visioning liturgical season planning budgeting and other duties that arise within the division
- Provides presence and hospitality for students faculty staff and guests to the Spiritual Life office for appointments and other interactions
- Assists with marketing and social media for the Spiritual Life Office
- Performs related duties as assigned
- Supports the mission and vision of the College and respects the Colleges Catholic tradition

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Bachelors degree with a preference of a Masters degree in theology ministry or comparative field of study.
Experience: At least two years of experience and dedication to ministry. Ability to work with people from all faith backgrounds.
Computer Skills: Knowledge of the operation of a PC platform campus computing system network operations Microsoft Office Suite including desktop publishing word processing PowerPoint presentations spreadsheets and database management. Ability to employ social media.
Other Requirements: Excellent oral and written communication abilities. Excellent interpersonal and public relation skills. Extremely well organized attentive to detail and able to work well independently. Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality. Strong ability to operate office technologies and communication devices. Strong commitment to young adults communitybuilding faith formation service and peace. Practicing Catholic who is knowledgeable and supportive of the Colleges mission and values of the Catholic Christian tradition and of liturgical practices strongly preferred.
