AlphaBEST Education Inc. Group Leader: Before & After School Group Leader Parttime
Salary: $15.00/hr
AlphaBEST: After School is where adventures begin!
At AlphaBEST our students are filled with curiosity and wonder! As their guide youll lead them through fun learning activities with plenty of support and training.
Location: Elementary & Middle schools within Norman Public Schools
Schedule: We operate Monday Friday (no weekends!. Beforeschool hours are approximately 6:15 am 7:50 am and afterschool hours are approximately 2:30 pm 6:00 pm. Both shifts are not mandatory.

As an AlphaBEST Guide youll be trained and have the chance to do the following:
- Plan and facilitate core programming to advance the physical social emotional and intellectual development of children.
- Work collaboratively with peers to share programrelated information and complete adventurous tasks that ignite a childs sense of wonder.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on the students interests and talents.
- Provide a caring familyoriented environment where positive staff child and parent relationships are fostered.
Heres what youll need:
- Must have the verifiable education and/or experience that is required for childcare licensing by the state of Oklahoma.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations.
- Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations.
