Paul Mitchell The School Milwaukee is seeking dedicated skilled and inspiring Education Leader to join our team. This full time on site position is an incredible opportunity to make a significant impact while enjoying competitive pay great benefits and a supportive work environmnet.

About the Role:
As an Education Leader you will oversee and deliver highquality Paul Mitchell education while creating a vibrant and inspiring learning environment. You will lead train coach and mentor a team of Learning Leaders ensuring Future Professionals are wellprepared for success in the beauty industry. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing weekly monthly and yearly education calendars
- Ensuring compliance with state rules laws and regulations
- Overseeing clinic classroom systems theory lessons specialty classes and use of Paul Mitchell tools and resources
- Collaborating with the Leadership Team to prioritize the success of the Future Professionals
Qualifications Were Looking For:
- Current Cosmetology Barbering or Aesthetician License (required)
- Proven experience as an instructor in a school
- Strong organizational communication and coaching skills
- A track record of professionalism problem solving and leadership
- Available to work mornings afternoons evenings
- Familiarity with Paul Mitchell Schools cultural and technical systems(preferred)
