Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed both major and minor which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Provide superior administration of assigned platforms/systems that support the needs of the organization
2. Be responsive to needs relative to reporting information or other data needs on a regular or ad hoc basis
3. Identify business trends and developments utilizing data from various systems and platforms and make recommendations/solutions based on that information
4. Support team in remediation efforts of owned issues
5. Participate in projects and working groups periodically assigned with internal and external groups providing thought leadership input feedback and/or subject matter expertise
6. Stay abreast of commercial credit processes policies and procedures and adjust administration of owned platforms accordingly
7. Partner and liaison with other areas of the organization as needed to perform assigned duties
8. Maintain strong interpersonal and leadership skills
9. Communicate clearly with direct teammates and other areas of the organization
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
1. Bachelors degree or equivalent financial services education training and workrelated experience
2. Advanced proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office software
3. Two or more years of financial services experience with a demonstrated ability to drive for results
4. Highly organized with ability to handle multiple tasks under tight time constraints ability to interpret information logically
5. Ability to effectively represent completed analysis through standard and/or generally accepted visualization tools.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
2. Computer coding skills such as SAS
3. Experience documenting technical solutions
