Were looking for a motivated and customerfocused People & Capability Business Partner to join our People & Capability team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a supportive and inclusive environment while making a real impact in your community.
Working closely with and supporting a Senior People & Capability Business Partner youll contribute to a broad range of HR initiatives including recruitment onboarding employee engagement development programs and daytoday HR support across the business. Youll also have the chance to get involved in crossorganisational projects that align with our broader People & Capability strategy.

Salary
The salary and conditions for this position will be as per the Coliban Water Enterprise Agreement 2021 Band 3 $74200 $90097 plus super salary range will be offered to the successful candidate commensurate with their skills and experience.
