The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $24 to $29.50 an hour at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location education experience knowledge and skills.

What You Will Do in This Role
- Repair and maintain Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including belt tracking component adjustment and replacement and component lubrication.
- Complete preventative maintenance routines documentation and procedures to ensure equipment longevity.
- Use electrical test equipment to troubleshoot electrical circuitry and resolve issues efficiently.
- Build and close work orders into the asset management system with detailed data on labor hours equipment maintenance and parts used.
- Troubleshoot conveyance problems and determine the resources needed for successful resolution.
- Locate and supervise spare parts from inventory to minimize downtime.
- Perform sophisticated maintenance and equipment testing to ensure they meet stringent specifications.
- Aid with training customers to operate equipment effectively and safely.
- Respond promptly to service calls and address equipment failures and faults.
- Identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to tackle them ensuring seamless operations.
What We Are Looking For
- High School diploma or equivalent experience required; an Associates degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Niche skill training/certification is a plus.
- Demonstrates a knowledge of 12 years of experience in a technical or specialty area.
- Proven experience in the area of responsibility and a successful demonstration of position and key tasks as presented above.
- Ability to be customerfacing while maintaining professional communications through email and inperson conversations with onsite customer leadership Dematic leadership and technicians.
- Responsible for leading projects teams and advising on daytoday operations and tasks to the onsite maintenance team.
- Capability to lift and move material up to 50 pounds.
- Regular bending lifting stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head.
- Occasionally push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds.
- Ability to climb ladders and gangways safely and without limitation.
- Job may involve tight spaces dust fumes temperature variations noise standing on concrete and wet floors.
