Test Engineering provides technical expertise to numerousmanufacturing and development programs within Raytheon. Our work involves electronic hardware for close in weapons system. The manufacturing operations is located in Louisville KY
Primary responsibilities include supporting test andtroubleshooting of RF IF Analog and Digitalhardware assemblies. This position requires close cooperation with the Operationsteam and other engineering disciplines including ProductDesign Test Development and Manufacturing desired candidate will possess superb communication skills and becapable to work in a dynamic team environment. Extensive onthe job training is provided.
What You Will Do
Interpreting test requirements developing and maintaining test procedures and documenting testpractices
Analyzing data to drive issues to root cause
Generating Change Requests (CRs) on technicalissues relating to the production test process
Developing and executing improvement projects toincrease first pass yield
Engagement with Design and Test Development teamsto solve issues impacting production
Ensuring hardware requirements are met andprocesses are followed
Assisting manufacturing operators in the testing &troubleshooting of production hardware
Supporting production test of RF/Microwave subsystems and components on functional test platforms
Ability to travel as required
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelors in science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advance Degree
1 years of test and/or troubleshooting experience

Qualifications We Prefer
Masters in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology
Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel PowerPoint Project Word OneNote)
RF analog (preferred) or digital test / troubleshooting skills
Labview
Test equipment knowledge/familiarity with Tektronix and Keysight instruments
Use of oscilloscopes or spectrum analyzers for testing/troubleshooting
A continuous improvement mindset to enhancemanufacturing test methods through processmodernization
Demonstrated success working in a fast pacedmanufacturing environment
Active SECRET clearance
