Job Description
A growing eCommerce company is seeking a Shipping and Logistics Administrator to manage inbound and outbound shipments from an administrative standpoint. This role is ideal for a detailoriented professional with excellent organizational skills who can ensure seamless logistics operations in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing and coordinating all inbound and outbound shipments.
- Maintaining accurate records in shipping and logistics systems.
- Preparing and managing shipping documentation.
- Communicating with carriers and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Collaborating with the warehouse team to streamline processes.
- Monitoring inventory levels and addressing discrepancies.
- Providing administrative support for purchasing and procurement activities.
- Analyzing shipment data to identify areas for process improvement.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Previous experience in shipping logistics or a related administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics or inventory management software.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
