Overall Requirements:
The Director of Quality is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the organizations quality assurance and improvement programs ensuring products and services meet or exceeds industry standards and customer expectations and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Create implement and maintain quality management systems policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance within the quality department
- Develop and manage quality control programs standard testing and evaluation process
- Evaluate production operations from a strategic level to ensure that products meet quality integrity functionality and other specifications and requirements
- Collaborate with management and senior staff across production departments and roles to draft acceptable quality standards
- Reviews quality control documentation such as checklists logs and reports for effectiveness accuracy and relevance
- Works with Engineering to develop criteria and specifications as it relates to processes and product control
- Works with the customer base to improve overall quality and problem resolutions.
- Periodically reports status of quality control and operations to executive leadership and when required regulatory agencies
- Supervise and coordinate activities of quality teams
- Train and develop team members
- Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement
- Performs other related duties as assigned

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to train staff
- Thorough understanding quality control standards and methodologies
- Thorough understanding of telecommunications industry
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
