Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Handle cashier responsibilities for the Service and Parts Departments
- Answer and route calls for the dealership
- Handle filing and/or scanning of paperwork for the dealership
- Contact customers via phone
- Manage phone system voicemail and fax equipment
- Assist departments with special projects
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent listening/communication skills outgoing and positive personality
- Customer Service Experience
- Professional appearance
- Must be dependable and reliable
- Computer experience with MS Work and Excel preferred.
Hours:
- Every Tuesday & Thursday 3:00pm 6:00pm
- Friday 3:00pm 6:00pm(Rotating every other)
- Saturdays 6:45am 3:30pm (On the same rotation as Fridays)
Compensation:
- $16.00
