If youre looking for something outside of a typical clinic setting where you can help people with disabilities become more independent and involved in their community then BILT is the place for you!
We work with children teens or adults inhome and in the community. We are primarily looking for assistance with assessments creating behavior plans that will satisfy our funders requirements staff supervision parent training and reassessment/submitting information to our funders. We ideally are looking for someone comfortable with going in person as needed to the Boston area (especially during assessments) but we are flexible with having supervisions meetings and other work occur remotely.

We value our BCBAs and have many supports in place that take care of scheduling hiring and most administrative tasks so you can focus on providing behavioral services. We use Central Reach as our data collection software.
Responsibilities:
- Provide documentation of the behavioral services provided.
- Provide direct monitoring assessment intervention and staff training including behavioral supports proactive strategies triggers staff interventions replacement behaviors etc.
- Maintain system for collecting objective data regarding the skills and needs of clients served.
- Maintain system for collecting program specific information including key data points.
- Maintain quality outcome data.
- Complete functional assessment.
- Develop and implement BSP. Behavior Specialist will consult after discharge.
- Seek input and maintain effective communication with all relevant parties
- Modify BSPs as necessary.
- Attend all agency departmental and client specific meetings as needed
- Conduct direct support staff training on implementation if individual behavioral support plans and related data collection.
Position details: 1099 position 310 hours a week with 13 clients parent training able to be completed remotely and supervision to be completed in person
