Our flagship propertyHilton McLean is looking for a dynamic and innovative Executive Chefto lead the team!
This well known high profile property is located directly adjacent to Hiltons headquarters in the bustling area of Tysons Corner in McLean Virginia. Our beautiful 458 room propertyboastsover 27000 square feet of elegant meeting space twofood and beverage outlets as well as In Room Dining.
In this role the Executive Chef will report directly to the Director of Food and Beverage. The ideal candidate will be a strong relationship builder with excellent communication a talent for developing others and a passion for driving innovation and improving service standards. At least 23 years of Executive / Executive Sous Chef level experience with a strong banquet and restaurant background is required. Union Management experience is required.

What will I be doing
As Executive Chef you would be responsible for directing and administering the planning preparation production and control of all culinary operations in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
