Systems Analyst Contract
Were looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to provide analytical and technical support working to define business and system requirements develop or maintain applications and deliver solutions that align with both IT and organizational goals. In this role youll bring both technical knowhow and strategic thinking to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Agile environments excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business and technical requirements
- Demonstrated intermediate understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) with the ability to apply its principles in daytoday tasks
- Review validate and test functionality of application updates and new implementations
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including iteration planning team syncs/standups and retrospectives
- Work with external vendors to resolve technical issues and support project initiatives
- Create and maintain system documentation and support enduser training efforts
- Assist with system integration tasks and generate reports based on business needs
- Provide secondlevel support for application issues escalating when necessary
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role
- Experience with Agile methodologies familiarity with SAFe framework preferred.
- Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Healthcare experience a plus
- Remote work from home.
- Hours of work and days are generally Monday through Friday. Specific business hours will depend on client needs.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50 of the time.
- The person in this position must occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets library stacks office machinery etc.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator copy machine and printer.
- The person in this position frequently communicates with clients and coworkers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
