Regulatory Solutions Counsel

What Youll Bring:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree with at least 3 years of experience as an attorney interpreting negotiating and drafting complex contracts and related documents
• Experience acting as product counsel to review new product offerings and issue spot potential legal issues
• Strong work ethic with the demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and accomplish assignments in a timely and independent manner
• Highly responsive excellent interpersonal skills high emotional intelligence (EQ) and serviceoriented attitude
• An interest in emerging technologies a desire to solve complex problems and a curiosity to explore new ideas
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited school required
• Qualified candidates must have an active license to practice law and be in good standing in the applicable state(s) of employment by the position start date (or as otherwise permitted by state rules)
• At all times of employment qualified candidates must remain in good standing and maintain an active license to practice law in their applicable state(s) of employment
• A sense of humor; plays well with others; relationships matter to you

Wed Love to See:

• A background in the credit financial services or technology space preferred
• Knowledge and understanding of GLBA and FCRA preferred

Impact Youll Make:

• Responsibility for reviewing negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements in support of the credit risk solutions business.
• Work closely with the credit risk solutions attorney and the credit risk solutions product team to review new products and solutions and identify and mitigate potential legal issues.
• Work collaboratively with internal crossfunctional teams including privacy sales/business development compliance information security information technology acquisition integration operations and product development.
• Successful candidates must be fast learning team players willing to work within a hardworking but relaxed and sociable team.
