In the context of the energy transition Biogas Solutions Europe business has seen doubledigit growth for the last years in Europe. This business includes the technologies and solutions that we offer throughout the value chain from the production of biomethane to its ultimate use (in transportation industry or for the production of lowcarbon hydrogen).
Our European business is currently focused on France the United Kingdom Scandinavia (Sweden and Norway) and Italy. Our growth is driven by the opening of several biomethane production plants and by strong demand from industry and the transportation sector. And finally as we have developed our solutions across the biomethane value chain various projects have emerged as examples of a local circular economy.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
This includes the management of the maintenance planning through the dedicated CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) the management of Spare Parts and the organization and of the activity onsite.
In addition the Maintenance Planner will assign tasks and evaluate its completion. Maintain and oversee invoices orders accounting and contractor work including writing work orders. Will order parts supplies materials and control inventory on planned maintenance or corrective maintenance tasks. He/She might as well intervene himself on the plant.
Health & Safety:
- Ensure all Air Liquide Safety Policies and procedures are included in the working procedures. Support the deployment of health & Safety Policies or actions defined by the HSE Manager
- Together with HSE achieves Zero Accidents
- Together with HSE ensures safety plansare in place for assets
Maintenance Management:
- Oversee and control Planned Maintenance via Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Altair and performing maintenance work inspection when deemed fit
- Ensures the regular maintenance of EIS (Elements Important for Safety)
- For routine tasks create and update SOPs relating to Planned Maintenance for all Assets
- Liaise with Vendors and Customers to resolve issues or enquiries regarding maintenance.
- Control Management of Change topics regarding maintenance.
Administration of CMMS
- Monitor part stock control and adjust as necessary.
- Check and control maintenance contractor Invoices for accuracy vs. Work Orders on CMMS.
- Ensure with APM that all Failure Records (failure reporting) are followedup appropriately
Operational Effectiveness:
- Drive asset performance
- Improve plant/facility uptime
- Decrease costs for operations and maintenance
- Quality of reporting post intervention
Others:
- Coordinate small projects on operational sites as deemed necessary. Take actions or propose projects to minimise asset downtime
- Vendor Surveillance / Attend Vendor meetings where required.
- Record and present KPI to Ops Management
- Follow equipment repairs full cycle
- Onsite intervention or assistance to supplier possible.
- Oncall attendance
Are You a Match
Knowledge and skills specific
- Knowledge of gas (LNG CNG Biogas)
- Knowledge of P&FD P&ID mechanical and electrical diagram functional analyzes
- Writing of reports and procedures
- Knowledge of usual IT tools (Google Docs Google Sheet etc. and the CMMS toolskills
- Analytical (diagnostic aid)
- Good knowledge (design and operation)
- Field experience
