Finances Hyperion Reporting team is primarily responsible for creating enhancing and maintaining data cubes that are used for multiple critical business functions including budgeting forecasting and scenario analysis. The senior on the team is responsible for providing technical support for Hyperions Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud capabilities as well as providing end user support as needed. Additionally the team owns and supports the Workiva Wdesk application used to consolidate and publish the companys financial statements and board reporting.
The Data Analytics Senior will help to maintain the Hyperion Reporting teams relationships with crossdivisional internal customers and support the roadmap of future strategy and application development. The senior will also provide technical and business support for the teams applications including several Hyperion cubes that comprise the EPM Cloud as well as the Wdesk application. The senior will interact directly with internal users to assist with technical issues and support reporting. The senior will also support the relationship with the EPM Cloud and Wdesk vendors.
Support and champion the teams strategy and technology roadmap
Serve as the technical domain expert for changes impacting the Hyperion Reporting teams applications
Engage with partners to identify emerging needs and opportunities
Work with the team to find patterns and relationships in data and see opportunities to monitor data quality
Use experience and application knowledge to analyze and resolve data issues
Apply understanding of data warehouse / database concepts as well as experience in relational database structures research methods sampling techniques and system testing
Good understanding and demonstrable experience with Automation processes using ETL tools and python scripts (experience with EPM Automate is a plus)
Solid understanding of API Calls and Rest API processes
Solid experience in developing application code for Oracle EPM solutions such as Calc Scripts Business Rules and Data Management/Data Exchange Rules specifically in the EPBCS space
Support the Finance data office in developing the data strategy implementation roadmap
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science Engineering Statistics or related quantitative field
5 years data analytics/data science experience with at least 3 years handson experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (Hyperion EPM Cloud)
In depth understanding of internal Freddie Mac system functionality highly desirable
Good experience in scripting languages (Python Batch scripting Oracle EPM Business Rules)
Solid understanding of relational databases SQL and data modeling
Prior experience working with an agile team in a business role preferred
Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear concise fashion to technical and nontechnical audiences
Ability to manage multiple efforts and customers simultaneously and effectively
Strong organization and time management skills: Operates independently with minimal guidance and keeps partners and management informed of critical updates and developments
Ability to translate sophisticated financial data into relevant analysis and presentations
Ability to understand and communicate well
Ability to work in a dynamic constantly evolving business environment
Intellectually curious and strong attention to details and be able to multitask
Ability to work well in a collaborative environment as well as individually
Experience working in a team environment including interacting with customers or partner

This position has an annualized marketbased salary range of $104000 $156000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position experience skill set internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.Required Experience:
