THE DEPARTMENT
The mission of the Business Finance Department is to maximize Aritzias financial performance and drive business objectives through strategic financial insight.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is experiencing exponential growth and our Business Finance Department is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to join the Business Finance team supporting and enabling Aritzias Digital Business units. As a leader in the Business Finance Department you will lead and motivate the team responsible for producing insightful financial analysis effectively managing Aritzias financial assets and providing senior leadership with the required information and analysis to make informed business decisions. You will play a pivotal role in Aritzias future growth by providing strategic and innovative solutions to support various departments including departments within the Offices of the Chief Digital Officer and Chief Financial Officer in achieving both short and longterm corporate objectives. THE JOB
As the Director Business Finance Digital you will lead the team to:
Plan the business in the short and long term in alignment with departmental and corporate objectives and strategies including Support Division Expenses P&Ls with a focus on labour and other expenses and Capital Expenditures
Plan forecast and analyze labour spend capital expenditures and more
Proactively maximize the business financial performance and drive smart spending through informed and factbased business decisions
Provide the Senior Leadership Team visibility into performance results with relevant and timely intelligence
Guide the building of the financial infrastructure for the departments
Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the daytoday function of the department in support of corporate objectives while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
QUALIFICATIONS
The Director Business Finance Digital has:
The skills and/or education that are an asset to perform in the role including:
Extensive experience in a related role (Finance Accounting and/or Business Analysis)
CPA CFA or MBA preferred
Microsoft Excel mastery
A commitment to learn apply champion and enrich Aritzias Values Business and People Leadership principles
The skills to collaborate strategically with crossfunctional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team

THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $150000 $200000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Additionally this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.We are always looking for top talent. If your qualifications differ from those listed above the scope of work and final agreed upon salary may be adjusted to reflect your individual qualifications.
