Job Description
Job Title: Controller
Location: Hybrid (Office/Work from Home)
Reports To: Corporate Treasurer/CFO
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PartTime Controller to oversee the financial operations of our three aerospace manufacturing businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the overall consolidated profit and loss and balance sheet reporting financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and the maintenance of the General Ledger for each business. This role requires a detailoriented professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management:
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements for each business and on a consolidated basis.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly quarterly and yearend close processes.
- Review costaccounting processes in the MRP system and perform GL entries as required.
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare consolidated financial reports for the corporate Treasurer/CFO.
- Develop and maintain financial reporting systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- FP&A:
- Conduct financial planning and analysis to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Prepare budgets forecasts and variance analysis.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
- General Ledger:
- Maintain and reconcile the General Ledger for each business.
- Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
- Coordinate with bookkeepers from each business to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Compliance and Audit:
- Ensure compliance with internal controls policies and procedures.
- Assist with internal and external audits as required.

Work Environment:
- Hybrid work arrangement with the flexibility to work from home and onsite as required.
- Must be available to work onsite as needed to meet business demands.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Must have experience in Component Controls Quantum Repair Station Software
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
- Experience in using integrated Manfacturing / Financial software
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MRP accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with EOS Entrepreneurial Operating System is a Plus
