Job Description
Crisis Clinician (parttime oncall)

Salary
Clinical Trainee Crisis Response Rates:
Mobile Crisis Assessment Responding Rates:
- $300 per completed telehealth assessment
- $400 per completed face to face assessment
Mobile Crisis OnCall Rate: $7.25/hour
Mobile Crisis OnCall Holiday Rate: $8.10/hour
Mobile Crisis Oncall Consult: $35/hour
Meetings and Trainings: $20/hour

Canvas Health is a nonprofit Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid.
Position Summary
This position is responsible for inhome crisis assessment/diagnosis and crisis intervention services to children adults and families as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided for after hours and weekend coverage. Treatment services are provided inhome (Mobile Crisis Response) community and telehealth.

Schedule
Oncall required to work 412 hours shifts a month between the hours of 5pm and 8am working both weekdays and weekends
Minimum Qualifications
Clinical Trainee
- Masters degree in social work Marriage & Family Therapy Psychology or Clinical Counseling and must be currently pursuing LICSW LMFT LP or LPCC licensure.
Preferred Qualification
- Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations
- Experience delivering either inhome or crisis services
- Experience with Electronic Health Record systems
