Join our Residential Service & Retrofit Department at Clines Air Conditioning in Spokane WA. Spokanes premier commercial service company is growing and we are looking for a tuneup technician! Great opportunity for a newer technician to start out!

The Opportunity: Were seeking a motivated TuneUp Technician to join our tenured tightknit team and be part of building something special within our growing residential service and retrofit department. This is a unique opportunity for someone newer to the HVAC industry to get in on the ground floor of a new residential expansion within a wellestablished company thats been leading the charge since 1988.
Youll handle all tuneup and maintenance calls and work alongside some of the best techs in the business. Key Responsibilities:
Perform residential and light commercial HVAC system tuneups and routine maintenance
Identify system issues and offer solutions to improve performance comfort and efficiency
Educate homeowners and business owners about system conditions and upgrade opportunities
Work handinhand with our Comfort Advisors to help customers make informed decisions
Assist with service calls when needed to support the overall service department
Build lasting relationships with customers through trust professionalism and toptier service
Participate in ongoing training and mentorship from experienced senior techs
Represent Clines with integrity and enthusiasm on every job site
This is a unique and rare starting position for someone new to the HVAC industry offering real handson experience strong mentorship and the opportunity to grow quickly in a supportive highperforming team.
Requirements:
- Recent HVAC training or technical school graduation preferred
EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 90 days) - Electrical trainee card preferred
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Clean criminal history
- Strong technical skills and foundational knowledge of HVAC systems
- Must be over 21 and able to lift 20 pounds
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customerfirst attitude
- Coachable motivated and eager to grow within the industry
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
