THE POSITION
TheSenior Account Manager is at the forefront of Zetas strategic client and agency partnerships. You will work closely with our sales team to communicate Zetas competitive advantage ensure clients are meeting their campaign performance goals and drive account growth. This position is in our London office. You will work closely with the local team and collaborate with the teams in France Spain and the US as necessary.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acquire a thorough understanding of Zetas offerings reporting analysis competitive advantages resources and processes and be able to articulate them persuasively to prospects and customers
- Grow revenue from existing accounts by targeting top digital ad spenders and drive incremental and renewal opportunities
- Craft QBR presentations that specifically and distinctly express Zetas value proposition tied to campaign performance with a focus on upsell opportunities
- Represent Zeta at industry events trade shows etc.
- Coordinate all prelaunch executions including custom creative buildouts preparation of research studies setup for ad/audience verification requests etc.
- Serve as point person for all postsale campaign requests and communication with client including creative changes pacing reports performance reports client meetings campaign recommendations etc.
- Monitor third party reporting for pacing performance and discrepancy purposes
- Work closely with optimization team to provide feedback and analysis for direct response and brand awareness campaigns including optimisation suggestions and recommendations
- Share expertise and advise clients on new campaign strategies to generate continued results
- Prepare postcampaign analysis reports for clients
- Manage new and existing client campaigns to successfully meet and exceed client performance expectations and maintain strong relationships with advertisers to ensure longterm success
- Manage the flow of insertion orders creative tags and pixel requests
THE CANDIDATE
- 4 years experience in online advertising within the Account Management or similar function
- Demonstrated ability to develop and nurture both internal and external relationships and work effectively at all levels of the decision process
- Understanding of at least one DSP
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining careful attention to detail
- Passion for digital media and thorough understanding of the online advertising industry
- Strong analytic skills including high level of comfort with Excel
- Excellent business writing training communication organisational and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently while being open to direction and guidance
- Fluency in a European language is required
- Travel as needed
