We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Manager Traffic Support to lead our event parking operations across 3 garages and 11 surface lots while developing a team of fulltime leaders and fostering strong operational partnerships.
What You Will Do:
- Lead onsite operations for events ensuring plans are executed and issues resolved in realtime
- Coach and support an Event Manager three Event Coordinators and ten Team Captains
- Track revenue performance to drive strategic improvements
- Contribute to training programs staffing models and budget planning
- Other duties as assigned as related to the position
What We Need From Our Senior Manager Traffic Support:
- Leadership & Team Development: Proven experience coaching direct reports and creating accountability within frontline and midlevel leadership teams
- Operational : Skilled at managing logistics across multiple locations maintaining a positive team energy in high pressure environments and adjusting when necessary
- Relationship Management: Ability to build trust and rapport with internal departments city stakeholders vendors and venue partners.
Experience/ Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 46 years of experience in parking operations event logistics or venue management
- Prior supervisory experience leading multilevel teams (coordinators managers and supervisors)
- Familiarity with parking technologies scheduling/payroll systems and revenue tracking platforms

- Significant time outdoors during events often in extreme heat
- Ability to transit across multiple garages and surface lots throughout downtown
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds including traffic control devices and event equipment

- Ability to Read Write & Speak in English
