Purpose:
As a Business Development & Client Service Professional you will be instrumental in driving our continued success by cultivating strong relationships with both new and existing clients. You will serve as their primary point of contact understanding their unique business challenges and demonstrating how our datadriven solutions can be powerful catalysts for their growth. Your expertise in database mailing list or direct marketing sales including SaaS platforms will be key to effectively communicating the value of our offerings.
Responsibilities:
Cultivate and Maintain Client Relationships: Build rapport and foster longterm partnerships with a portfolio of new and existing customers.
Understand Client Needs: Proactively engage with clients to thoroughly understand their business objectives target markets and challenges.
Solution Selling: Present and articulate the value proposition of our data and data solutions tailoring recommendations to address specific client needs and drive measurable results.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory or industry.
Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our diverse range of data products and SaaS platforms.
Problem Solving: Serve as a trusted advisor helping clients navigate their business problems and identify effective solutions through our offerings.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective relationship management and new business acquisition.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including marketing and product development to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to product enhancements.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client interactions and sales activities within our CRM system.
Work Requirements Experience Education and Skills:
Proven experience in business development and client service roles.
Demonstrable success in database sales mailing list sales or direct marketing sales including experience with SaaS platforms.
Strong understanding of the direct marketing landscape and datadriven marketing strategies.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish longterm relationships with clients.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
Selfmotivated resultsoriented and able to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
