JOB DESCRIPTION Summary: The main function of an Assistant Site Manager is to coordinate all aspects of property management maintenance and record keeping. The . Site Manager is responsible for all policies and procedures related to facility safety and wellbeing. Job Responsibilities: - Acts as the primary liaison with the client coordinating staff financials and vendors as needed for successful building operations.
- Coordinate repairs maintenance and site inspections.
- Respond positively and promptly to requests from client and occupants.
- Ensure documentation and reports are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe secure and wellmaintained.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery equipment and electrical and mechanical systems.
- Plan administer and control budgets for contracts equipment and supplies.
Skills: - Familiar with building systems documentation and administration.
- Verbal and written communication skills attention to detail customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one s time.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning resource allocation and production methods.
- Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.
- Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
- Previous experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Education/Experience: - Bachelors degree required.
- 10 years related experience required.
