The Receptionist is a key point of contact and brand representative for MalaceHR. This role involves delivering outstanding customer service while managing front desk operations assisting with facility coordination and ensuring a safe clean and organized environment for everyone entering the workplace.
Warmly welcome and assist all guests clients and employees upon arrival and departure
Provide front desk coverage answer phones and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
Assist with office orientations and provide information on campus layout services and amenities
Monitor and maintain the front desk lobby and common areas to reflect company standards
Execute the badging process for employees visitors and thirdparty personnel
Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Support meetings and events by preparing spaces and ensuring timely communication
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and meet service needs proactively
Create and track work orders for custodial maintenance safety or security concerns
Recognize and escalate risks related to safety privacy or security as needed
Deliver administrative support and complete ad hoc assignments as requested
Maintain a professional appearance and represent MalaceHR values at all times
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred
1 3 years of experience in a receptionist administrative or customerfacing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fastpaced environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic office technologies
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving
Friendly teamoriented and highly organized
