At Shiftmove we are building a worldclass revenue enablement function from the ground up. As our Head of Revenue Enablement youll architect a scalable enablement strategy that empowers our Sales Account Management and Customer Success teams to perform at their peak.
This role is for an experienced professional who has established an enablement function in a SaaS environment and is ready to operate as an Individual Contributor with strategic impact.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in startup or growthstage environments has previously established an enablement function in a SaaS environment and is ready to operate as an Individual Contributor with strategic impact while taking ownership of designing what good looks like for our GTM organization. Youll combine strategic thinking with handson to create impactful enablement programs that drive revenue productivity and alignment across teams.
What Youll Do
- Design and implement a scalable enablement framework tailored for AEs AMs SDRs and CSMs focusing on both inbound and outbound motions.
- Develop onboarding and continuous learning programs to ramp up new hires quickly and keep experienced teams sharp.
- Drive CrossFunctional Collaboration between Revenue operations marketing customer success and sales teams
- Build metricsdriven reporting systems to track participation productivity and enablement ROI presenting results to leadership and stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted partner for GTM leaders inspiring confidence and excitement in enablement initiatives across teams.
- Identify bottlenecks in sales productivity and implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
What Success Looks Like
First 90 days
- Develop a clear understanding of our GTM strategy team dynamics and existing gaps
- Deliver a prioritized enablement roadmap addressing onboarding training and content creation needs
In the first year
- Demonstrate measurable improvements in revenue productivity such as shortened ramp times increased quota attainment and improved pipeline velocity
- Grow a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence earning trust and credibility as a strategic partner across the organization
Who You Are
- Deep GTM Knowledge: Strong understanding of SaaS sales motions including transactional and highvelocity sales with experience enabling SMB and midmarket teams
- Proven Enablement Expertise: 5 years in revenue or sales enablement with 2 years of experience building an enablement function from scratch in a SaaS or B2B tech environment
- MetricsDriven Mindset: Proficiency in designing and communicating enablement KPIs and using data to optimize programs
- HandsOn Builder: Comfortable operating as an individual contributor
- Collaborative Influencer: Skilled at crossfunctional alignment working with Marketing Revenue Operations and Customer Success teams
