About Us:
HR Employer Solutions Group partners with leading healthcare facilities to provide topquality staffing solutions. We are currently seeking reliable and professional PBX Operators to support a hospital environment managing essential communications and ensuring timely assistance to patients staff and visitors.
Positions Available:
- FullTime Phone Operator
- Shift: Thursday through Sunday 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
- Hours: 32 hours per week 4 days)
- Per Diem Phone Operator
- Shift: Must be flexible to cover various shifts including:
- 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM 7:00 AM
- Days: Vary based on coverage needs. Flexibility is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Operate hospital switchboard and paging systems.
- Respond to emergency codes and notifications according to hospital protocols.
- Provide information and assistance to callers and hospital staff.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold customer service standards at all times.
- Document and report any technical or operational issues.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous PBX or call center experience preferred healthcare environment experience a plus.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Reliable punctual and flexible with scheduling needs.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with phone and paging systems.
