Overview
The Senior Frontend Developer plays a crucial role in enhancing user experience by developing and implementing innovative web applications. As an essential member of our development team you will take responsibility for the frontend architecture refining our user interface based on customer feedback and emerging trends. Your expertise in and frontend technologies will significantly contribute to improving our existing applications and developing new features that align with business objectives. This role demands a creative individual who is passionate about coding and dedicated to achieving exceptional user outcomes. You will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers product managers and backend developers to create seamless web experiences. This position not only entails technical proficiency but also necessitates problemsolving abilities and a collaborative mindset to facilitate agile development across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain advanced web applications using .
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate userfacing elements with serverside logic.
- Translate UI/UX design wireframes into responsive efficient code.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement automated testing integrated into the development workflow.
- Enhance application performance through debugging and optimization.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and apply them to improving our applications.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to the frontend aspects of applications.
- Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards.
- Work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team to deliver quality products.
- Assist in the selection and implementation of frontend frameworks and tools.
- Manage version control and ensure the maintainability of code.
- Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5 years of proven experience in frontend development.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6 and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with HTML5 CSS3 and preprocessors.
- Experience with state management tools such as Redux or MobX.
- Proficiency in RESTful API integration.
- Experience with version control systems especially Git.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles.
- Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle.
- Previous experience with unit testing and debugging web applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Experience with tools such as Webpack or Babel is a plus.
