Job Title: Chief Operating Officer
The Chief Operating Officer will work directly with the Managing Partner to ensure seamless of key operational strategic and growth initiatives at the Company.
This role requires a dynamic highly organized and resultsdriven professional who thrives in a fastpaced environment. The Chief Operating Officer will support operational excellence oversee key projects and the operations team and act as a strategic partner to scale some key growth initiatives of the firm.
Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
- Manage the daytoday operations of the company ensuring seamless of projects and initiatives.
- Drive efficiency and effectiveness in the of our Training & Consulting engagements by managing and supporting the Customer Fulfillment (Operations) Team
- Ensure the development and continuous improvement of course content with regular updates and integration of new materials on our various delivery platforms
- Oversee the development and implementation of processes policies and procedures to drive efficiency and scalability
Project and Program Management
- Act as Project Partner in consulting engagements leveraging our trademark processes and frameworks for automating reporting and analytics projects and building financial models for realworld challenges.
- Manage timelines resources and deliverables for all engagements to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Growth & Scale Initiatives
- Work closely with the Marketing team to drive the expansion of identified initiatives including content creation marketing campaigns institutional & professional partnerships and more
- Develop strategies to scale our Africa wide impact initiatives touching hundreds of thousands of lives and working closely with our impact partners.
Leadership and Management
- Provide leadership and guidance to the executive team department heads and other staff members.
- Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and excellence within the company.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of client needs objectives and challenges.
- Share your wealth of experience in blog posts webinars courses and public events.
Strategic Advisory and Crossfunctional Leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Managing Partner providing insights recommendations and strategic direction on key business initiatives.
- Coordinate with teams across marketing content creation and client relations management to align efforts with organizational goals.
- Monitor performance metrics analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve operations and achieve growth targets.
Business Development
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and manage client expectations.
- Design processes recruit talent and ensure a pipeline of skilled graduates for our International clientele.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by addressing any concerns and ensuring project goals align with client expectations.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field. A Master s degree is desirable.
- A minimum of 5 7 years of experience in operations consulting or a similar leadership role ideally in training or consulting services.
Technical Skills
- A Financial Modeling Certification (FMA or FMVA)
- Deep Data Analytics reporting and visualization Skills
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully delivering client engagements.
- Strong strategic thinking problemsolving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication leadership and management skills.
