Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Manager to oversee business operations manage key accounts and drive overall strategic growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities commercial awareness and a keen understanding of the ecommerce/digital business landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Identify new business opportunities partnerships and market trends.
- Manage daytoday operations across departments to ensure efficiency and performance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor crossfunctional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports.
- Coordinate with marketing sales finance and product teams for cohesive .
- Prepare budgets forecasts and reports for upper management.

- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration Management or related field.
- Proven experience 3 years) in business management operations or strategy roles.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication negotiation and decisionmaking abilities.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
- Experience in ecommerce or digital business will be an added advantage.
