Oversees the complete of largescale project sites from planning through commissioning ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Manages all site operations including construction activities logistics resource deployment and site administration.
Enforces strict safety quality and regulatory standards to maintain compliance and minimize risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Controls project budgets and schedules proactively resolving delays cost overruns or operational challenges.
Leads risk management efforts identifying potential issues early and implementing contingency plans to maintain project continuity.
Maintains accurate reporting and documentation regularly updating senior management on progress risks and key milestones.
