Craft intuitive clean and functional experiences across the web and mobile platforms.
Collaborate across teams creative tech and accounts to translate briefs into meaningful usercentric designs.
Sketch wireframes build prototypes and refine based on research and real feedback.
Use first principles thinking to solve design challenges without overcomplicating things.
Keep creating and critiquing processes separate: explore wildly first refine rigorously later.
Own your work. We don t micromanage we trust you to drive the solution.
Requirements
13 years of realworld UI/UX design experience (a portfolio is a must).
Fluency in Figma Adobe XD Sketch or similar design tools.
Strong understanding of usercentered design accessibility and responsive design.
You Google before you ask selflearning is second nature.
You value freedom with responsibility ownership excites you.
Open to disagreement but allergic to drama we have zero tolerance for tantrums.
