What Youll Do:

  • Be the Voice of BoxNCase: Represent our brand with pride delivering a customer experience that sets us apart.

  • Show Your Love for Sales: Service existing accounts and actively identify and win new ones to fuel our growth.

  • Own the Numbers: Maintain and manage your sales budgets daily weekly monthly quarterly and yearly.

  • Stay Connected: Pick up the phone hit the road and introduce customers to both new and existing products that match their needs.

  • Price Smart: Develop and maintain competitive pricing strategies that make sense for our customers and our business.

  • Lead and Support: Supervise and delegate tasks where needed to ensure seamless daily operations.

  • Know Your Market: Monitor competition stay aware of industry trends and use field information to sharpen your strategy.

  • Share Your Insights: Recommend changes to products services or internal policies based on realworld customer feedback and competitive research.

  • Solve Problems Proactively: Investigate customer complaints develop smart solutions and recommend improvements to management.

  • Keep Learning: Expand your professional and technical knowledge through workshops supplier visits farm tours and regular handson product training.



Requirements
