Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with planning booking and managing accommodation flights activities and other arrangements.
Communicate clearly via phone and email to handle inquiries bookings changes and cancelations.
Build strong partnerships with vendors to source hotels venues and negotiate service contracts.
Maintain accurate client records and booking information.
Issue invoices process payments and ensure clients receive all necessary travel documents.
Solve client issues with creativity professionalism and a solutionsfirst mindset.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency with basic technology tools (Excel Word PowerPoint email platforms).
Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Selfmotivated adaptable and capable of working flexible hours as needed.
Previous customer service administrative or coordination experience is a plus but not required. Training is provided.
