Job Description
We re seeking a creative and strategic Germanspeaking Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our social media presence and content strategy across European markets. In this dynamic role you ll craft compelling narratives around sustainability and premium lifestyle products manage our growing social media community and help shape our digital presence across multiple platforms. You ll have the autonomy to create and implement engaging content strategies while working with an international team passionate about sustainable living. This position offers the perfect blend of creative content creation strategic digital marketing and purposedriven work in the growing sustainable products sector.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage engaging social media content in German across multiple platforms
- Develop and execute Pinterest marketing strategies including keyword optimization and content planning
- Create and edit visual content using Canva and CapCut for social media and marketing materials
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages in German
- Optimize content for search engines and platformspecific requirements
- Create and edit videos for social media channels and marketing campaigns
- Maintain and update product information and imagery across various selling platforms
- Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategy accordingly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Track and report on social media metrics and engagement
Requirements
- Native or nearnative German language proficiency required
- Minimum 2 years experience in social media management and digital marketing
- Proven track record in creating engaging social media content
- Strong proficiency with Canva and CapCut for content creation
- Experience with Pinterest marketing and keyword optimization
- Demonstrated photo and video editing skills
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Experience with ecommerce platforms preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Portfolio of previous social media work required
- Passion for sustainability and ecofriendly products
- Comfortable working with an international team
