Job Role:Process Executive
Location :Chennai
Epx:Fresher
Key Responsibility Area:
Responding to customer queries via call chat and Email.
Ensuring all agent KPI (Key performance indicators) are met not limited to AHT NPS Time on System Quality scores.
Eligibility Criteria:
Fluent speaking and writing ability in English.
Graduate. Fresher can apply. The age limit is not more than 35 years.
Comfortable with rotational night shifts is a must.
Basic knowledge of using computers.
