Qualifications :
What you will bring to the role:
- A qualified Demi Chef with prior experience in luxury hotel kitchens
- A solid understanding of fine dining and banqueting operations
- Demonstrated experience producing banquet style dishes
- Able to prepare & present dishes to the highest standard of quality and consistency
- Able to work cooperatively in a team reporting to the Executive Chef
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and HACCP able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and multitask with grace
- Emotional Intelligence and ability to stay composed under pressure
- Willingness to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
