What will you do
- Complete check in and check out process efficiently and anticipate critical situations and assist wherever necessary to help alleviate the pressure and to process guests efficiently.
- Answer guest emails and ensure that it is processed according to procedure and in a timely manner.
- Provide the highest standard of customer service striving to go extra mile at all times by being Intuitive Refined and Engaging.
Qualifications :
Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with guests of diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment including weekends holidays and overnight shifts.
- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese as priority. Additional language skills are an advantage
