Job Description
As a Business Intelligence Manager you will oversee leadership regulatory and financial reporting and the delivery of data engineering best practices.
You will report to the Global Head of Business Intelligence and be part of the Product & Technology Team. In this role you will lead a team of Technical Data Analysts and Data Delivery Managers driving the capture and understanding of business requirements and delivering on a variety of initiatives. These initiatives include financial corporate reporting compliance and regulatory reporting tax reporting integrating new data platforms from mergers and acquisitions and supporting key stakeholders from the US Latin America UK and Europe with new requirements and initiatives delivered by the Data Office teams.

What you will do
- Drive the of a portfolio of technical and business capabilities in corporate reporting data and engineering coordinating team and external resources.
- Own and maintain the team requirements process in the teams portal.
- Own and maintain the team delivery process in the teams portal.
- Agree and execute on progress reporting cadence long and shortterm planning and risk management practices.
- Manage stakeholders chair steering meetings and team progress meetings.
- Effectively escalate issues and facilitate decisionmaking.
- Share delivery of the portfolio with 610 direct reports.
Qualifications :
- The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience.
- Experience delivering complex group corporate reporting solutions for Finance Tax Compliance Security and Regulatory teams.
- Financial services background.
- Data warehousing and BI reporting experience with tools like Power BI and MicroStrategy.
- Experience in software delivery lifecycle management having served in an architect developer tester release manager or similar role.
- Experience managing large volumes of data.
- Knowledge of best practices in data privacy Infosec PII and PCI data.
- Line management experience including staff performance management and handling difficult conversations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in risk management and scope control.
